Troubleshooting CSSBuy Orders: A Buyer’s Manual
A troubleshooting manual for common CSSBuy order problems — stuck parcels, QC disputes, shipping delays, and customs holds.
Most CSSBuy orders finish uneventfully. The ones that do not usually fail in one of a handful of ways. Here is the manual.
Stuck at Seller
Seller has not shipped in a week. Ask CSSBuy support to nudge; if no response in 5 more days, request a refund on the product invoice.
QC Fails
Item arrives defective. Click Return or Exchange in the dashboard before approving. Do not accept a partial refund unless you also accept the defective item — usually not worth it.
Tracking Frozen
Parcel has not updated for 5+ days after leaving China. Standard air is normally the culprit; wait another 3–5 days before opening a ticket. Express lines that go silent for more than 3 days warrant an immediate query.
Customs Hold
Parcel stuck at customs in your country. If the line was DDP, CSSBuy handles it. If not, expect a customs contact requesting duty payment. Pay promptly — abandoned parcels are usually not refundable.
Wrong Item Delivered
Photograph everything on arrival (unopened box, contents, packing slip) and open a ticket immediately. The evidence window is short.
Prevent most of the above with the shopping process guide and the QC guide. All guides on the homepage.
